Holy Child and the Community

Holy Child School recognises the vitally important role that families play in the education of each student. Parents and extended families have many opportunities to build connections and contribute to the Holy Child School community.

Holy Child School School Advisory Board acts as an advisory body to the parish priest and principal on matters concerning the development of the school and the education and well-being of the students.

Holy Child School Parents’ and Friends Association is an energetic and visible part of the school community and offers many opportunities for parents to gather and become involved in the life of the school.
Community

Holy Child Primary School is the home of our new Early Years Community Hub.

Our coordinator and parent liaison officer work with a variety of local agencies  eg. VICSEG, Meadow Heights Learning Centre and Hume Council to assist in the running of playgroups, English and computer classes for parents.

Holy Child acknowledges that the School Project Refurbishment was principally funded by the Catholic Education Melbourne and Holy Child Primary School, and partly funded by the State Government.
